Training is one of the largest barriers to business growth, which is why we offer an On-the-Job

Training (OJT) program to offset this expense. If you find a potential worker that you feel is

trainable (with or without recruiting assistance) we can reimburse up to 50% of the trainee’s

hourly wage for an agreed-upon training period.

** Make sure to meet with us about this program BEFORE you hire the employee in order to be eligible.**
